How subscriptions work
Subscriptions automatically renew based on your selected delivery interval, and products will be delivered to your door after each renewal.
For example, if you start a monthly subscription, your payment will be processed each month, and products will arrive monthly without needing to place a new order.
Can I Pause or Cancel My Subscription?
Yes! You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal.
Access the customer portal through the magic link in your initial subscription email or by logging into your account.
How Can I Skip or Reschedule a Charge?
You can skip or reschedule a charge easily in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a “Skip” button next to it, or you can reschedule by clicking the “Reschedule” button next to the delivery date.
Can I Add Products to My Subscription?
Yes, you can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Simply click the “Edit” button on your subscription to add, remove, or change items.
What Happens If My Payment Can't Be Processed?
If we can’t process your payment, you’ll receive an email with a link to securely update your payment information.
