Cuisinably Subscription Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to the Cuisinably subscription service ("Subscription"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your subscription to receive spices and related products from Cuisinably. Please read these terms carefully before subscribing.
Subscription Overview
When you subscribe to Cuisinably, you agree to receive a recurring delivery of spices and related products. Payment information is securely processed and stored by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. You will be automatically charged on the selected interval for the Subscription.
Subscriptions will continue indefinitely until you choose to cancel, pause, or modify your subscription.
Managing Your Subscription
You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time. To do so, please visit the Manage Subscription customer portal or follow the link in your order confirmation email.
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to receive the remaining shipments you have already paid for.
Pricing and Charges
The price for your subscription may change over time. Although price changes are rare, you will be notified in advance if there is any upcoming change to the price of your subscription. You will always have the option to cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will be collected based on your location and is not included in the base subscription price.
Shipping
Shipping is free for all subscription orders. Delivery estimates may be provided, but please note that we do not guarantee specific delivery dates. See our Shipping Policy for more information.
Refund Policy
If your package is lost, damaged, or if we do not meet our obligations to you, you may be issued a refund. Refund requests must be made within 45 days of the charge in question.
As food products, Cuisinably deliveries are non-returnable, regardless of whether the items are opened or unopened. We recommend discarding any items you cannot use. To request a refund, please contact us at info@cuisinably.com.
Cuisinably reserves the right to cancel subscriptions or decline refund requests in cases of apparent misuse or abuse of this policy.
Free Trial Terms & Conditions
Cuisinably may offer a free trial to new customers, allowing you to try our spice subscription service at no cost. There is no obligation to pay to participate in the free trial, and you may cancel at any time before your trial period ends. A free trial may not always be offered.
Eligibility & Limitations
- The free trial is available only to new customers and is limited to one (1) free trial per customer.
- Free trials are not available for gift subscriptions.
- The free trial applies to 4-serving and 8-serving subscription plans; however, all free trial participants will receive a 4-serving sample regardless of their selected plan. If you choose the 8-serving plan, your first full-price delivery will include 8 servings after your trial period ends.
Subscription & Billing
- Your free trial begins on the date of your initial order.
- If you cancel within 1 month of your initial order date, you will not be charged.
- If you do not cancel within 1 month, your subscription will continue, and you will be automatically billed the standard monthly subscription price using the payment method you provided at checkout.
- Your payment details are securely stored by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, and will be automatically charged on a recurring monthly basis after your free trial ends.
Cancellation & Delivery Processing
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription portal or by visiting the link in your order confirmation email.
- Free trial orders may take up to 10 days to process. If you cancel within 10 days of your initial order, your free trial shipment may not be processed or delivered.
Changes to These Terms
Cuisinably reserves the right to modify or cancel the Subscription at any time, and we may revise these Terms. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through your account portal. By continuing your subscription, you accept any changes to these Terms.
