Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp za’atar
  • 2 flatbreads
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix the za’atar with olive oil to form a paste.
  • Spread the mixture evenly over the two flatbreads.
  • Bake for 5–7 minutes or until the bread is slightly crispy and aromatic.
  • Slice each flatbread into halves, creating 4 servings.
