At Savor Spice Club, we stand behind the quality of our service. If you try our subscription and aren't satisfied with your first delivery for any reason, we will give you a full refund, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility

To request a refund, please submit a message through our Contact Us page. Your request must be made within 30 days from the shipment date or 7 days of delivery (whichever comes first) of your first order.

Refund requests must include a brief explanation of why you’re dissatisfied. Your feedback helps us continue to improve.

What’s Covered

  • For monthly subscriptions, you’ll receive a full refund of that month’s payment.

  • For yearly subscriptions or gift subscriptions, you’ll receive a full refund of the total purchase price, and all remaining deliveries will be canceled.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and typically process within 5–10 business days.

Additional Terms

  • This policy applies only to your first payment and delivery.

  • Submitting a refund request does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you no longer wish to receive future deliveries, it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription through the Manage Subscription page, as detailed in our Cancellation Policy.
  • We ship via USPS First Class Mail, which does not include tracking. As outlined in our Shipping Policy, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is sent. Most deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days, though exact shipping times may be longer due to the potential for USPS delays.

    • In the unlikely event that your delivery does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe after being shipped, it is your responsibility to submit a refund request within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email.

  • Savor Spice Club reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of this policy, or repeated refund claims.
